It was the day SB1070 would have taken effect across Arizona, and a protest vigil was held outside the Governor’s Office in Tucson. Earlier that day a Court put most of SB1070's provisions on hold pending further judicial review. This demonstrator was helping keep candles placed on the sidewalk lite.
