This semi-permanent U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint near Tubac, AZ. Here all north bound traffic is stopped along Interstate 19, roughly 20 miles north of the border. Everyone know they must stop, everyone knows the checkpoint is there, still major arrest and drug bust happen here.
